3. Course Enrolment and Payment

3.1. Enrolment Confirmation: Enrolment in a course is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a confirmation email from ONLCI Edtech Private Ltd (Part of London College of Innovation).

3.2. Payment Terms: All course fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the course. Payment methods accepted will be specified during the enrolment process.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1. Cooling-Off Period: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your enrolment within 14 calendar days from the date of confirmation without incurring any charges, provided that the course has not commenced.

4.2. Cancellation Before Course Commencement:

• More than 14 days before start date: Full refund minus a £55 administrative fee.
• 7 to 14 days before start date: 50% refund of the course fee.
• Less than 7 days before start date: No refund will be provided.

4.3. Cancellation After Course Commencement: No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced.

4.4. Visa Refusals: If your visa application is refused, you are entitled to a full refund of the course fee, provided you submit the official refusal documentation at least 14 days before the course start date.

4.5. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

 

5.Course Access and Materials

5.1. Access Duration: Access to course materials is granted for the duration specified at the time of enrolment.

5.2. Usage Restrictions: Course materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without prior written consent from ONLCI Edtech Private Ltd (Part of London College of Innovation).

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided by ONLCI Edtech Private Ltd (Part of London College of Innovation) are the intellectual property of ONLCI Edtech Private Ltd (Part of London College of Innovation) or its licensors. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

ONLCI Edtech Private Ltd (Part of London College of Innovation) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the course.

8. Events Beyond Our Control

ONLCI Edtech Private Ltd (Part of London College of Innovation) shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
